The staff were friendly and welcoming at this place. The location was amazing and incredible for walking around Bannatyne Health Club And Spa. The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a nice quiet area.

Very friendly hosts, a lovely breakfast and a nice place to stay
Not much in the way of restuarants nearby if you don't want to drive. The local Premier Inn was reccomended to us and turned out to be a good call.

Martin is great! Friendly, helpful, and makes a great breakfast. He also goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
The rooms are decorated very nicely but fewer ornaments would give the room a more spacious feel. Could also use more surface/ shelf space for placing personal items.

I will return but not to a bedroom at the front, as the traffic noise was the only downside of this lovely guest house. Perhaps a slightly later breakfast time option at week-ends would be more relaxing for guests who are on holiday.

The breakfast they made for us was top-notch and the toast was just perfect. the location was spot on, super close to tasty food spots and easy to hop on public transportation. 🍞
